Position: International Tax Planning Manager  
Location: St. Louis, MO

***THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ST. LOUIS, MO***Relocation provided

Client: A large public multi-national manufacturing company based in St. Louis, MO. Company revenue $20 billion.

This position will be responsible for supporting the international tax group’s efforts related to tax planning, risk management, and tax compliance support. Position will report to International VP of Tax.
Other responsibilities will include:

• Conduct research to support tax planning and risk management strategies.
• Prepare calculations to quantify tax benefits and risks.
• Interact with outside consultants to secure and apply advice.
• Participate in due diligence and tax structuring of merger and acquisition activity.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting
• CPA, MSTor JD preferred
• 7+ years with a CPA firm or a Fortune 300 company with multi-divisional structure
