Internet Sales Associate

SCHEDULE: MORNING, DAYS, NIGHTS AND/OR WEEKENDS. (closed on Sunday's)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers via text, phone calls and emails regarding new and used vehicle sales inquiries.


• Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely, plus ongoing follow up assistance as required and needed.


• Secure appointments for customers to come into the dealership and meet in person with a Subaru sales associate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills

• Great customer service and follow-up skills (must be nice, pleasant, friendly, and helpful)

• Organized


• Self-Motivated


• Basic computer/internet skills


• Dependable

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Polish
