Toyota of Murfreesboro is looking for an experienced Internet Auto Sales Consultant to join our elite team. We aren't looking for "order takers"—we want digital retail experts who understand that the sale starts long before the customer hits the showroom floor.

What You’ll Do:

Master the Lead: Manage a high volume of internet and phone inquiries with speed and precision.

Follow the Process: Utilize our CRM to its full potential, ensuring no lead is left behind.

Build the Value: Provide virtual vehicle presentations, transparent pricing, and expert product knowledge.

Set the Stage: Your primary goal is to turn digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.

What You Bring:

Automotive Experience: A proven track record in a dealership setting (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred).

Tech Savvy: Ability to communicate effectively via email, text, and video (video walkarounds are a must!).

Communication Skills: You are as persuasive over the phone as you are in person.

Discipline: You understand that "the fortune is in the follow-up."
