The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record as a successful Sales Professional, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Send and reply to emails
• Sell and purchase vehicles
• Internet traffic management and lead distribution
• Basic product knowledge
• Building customer relationships
• Attend manager meetings
• Daily reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior sales experience
• Prior leadership experience
• Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email
• Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
