What You'll Do

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and video
• Set and confirm appointments for the showroom
• Follow up with unsold customers and previous prospects
• Work closely with the sales and management team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Help customers find the right vehicle and complete the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting, and email
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required
