Position Summary

Inspired Flight Technologies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Inventory Associate to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for accurately transacting material, picking parts for work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy within our ERP system.

This is a hands-on role that directly supports manufacturing flow and on-time builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick parts and components according to work orders and job travelers


• Accurately transact material in ERP (NetSuite)


• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation


• Verify part numbers, quantities, and revisions before issuing material


• Stage material for production and kit builds


• Maintain clean and organized inventory locations


• Assist with receiving and put-away as needed


• Report discrepancies in inventory or documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to follow written instructions and part numbers precisely


• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
