Job Type: Parttime

Hours: 6am-5pm availbility.

About the Role:

As our Inventory Clerk, you will be the backbone of our restaurant's stock management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and Stocking: Unloading and putting away daily deliveries, ensuring all products are stored in their designated locations.
• Organization & Maintenance: Proactively organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas. This includes rotating stock to ensure product freshness (FIFO - First In, First Out).
• Inventory Audits: Participating in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the leadership team to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Cleaning: daily cleaning, helping with BOH Dishes and stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming product deliveries.
• Efficiently and accurately stock all inventory items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items needing to be reordered.
• Place and finalize daily truck orders.
• Perform routine inventory checks and audits.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work some early mornings or late nights.
