Inventory Control Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play a critical role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping and receiving operations, and help ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.

What You Will Do 

• Prepare and process customer shipments 


• Receive and store raw materials and components 


• Maintain accurate raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventories 


• Perform inventory transactions in IQMS 


• Support daily shipping operations and freight coordination 


• Load and unload materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment 


• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies 


• Support physical inventories and maintain organized warehouse areas 

 What We Are Looking For 

• High school diploma or equivalent 


• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or material handling 


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 


• Good organizational and communication skills 


• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office 


• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds 


• ERP/IQMS experience preferred 


• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
