Inventory Control/Warehouse

Join Regional International - Buffalo/Cheektowaga as an Inventory Control/Warehouse, where you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support our operations in Buffalo, NY. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00 and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts as scheduled, monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.


• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records, implementing corrective actions as needed.


• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking,shipping and inventory transaction processes for compliance


• Responsible for the keying and verifying of inventory updates.


• Responsible for maintaining accurate records.


• Inspects incoming shipments to reject damaged items, logs shortages, and collaborates with manager to rectify damages and shortages.


• Select optimal shipping methods, routes, and rates based on a deep understanding of logistic procedures and pricing.


• Audits incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying product details and quantities against invoices, orders, and bills of lading

Requirements.

• Demonstrates strong reading, problem-solving, and mathematical skill alongside excellent verbal and written communications abilities.


• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Forklift certification may be required.


• Possesses a valid driver's license


• Proficient in operating computer systems, calculators, motor vehicles, and forklifts.


• Skilled in utilizing mechanical tools including crimpers, pliers, wrenches and tape measures.
