We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist who can keep client inventory accurate, organized, and moving.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day flow of inventory coming in and going out of our warehouse, verify client assets, prepare shipments, maintain inventory records, and help make sure project teams have what they need when they need it.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who notices the details, takes ownership of their work, and likes bringing order to a fast-moving environment.

We’re also looking for someone who is AI-curious—comfortable exploring new tools and finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate client inventory records, including item condition, additions, dispositions, and relocations.


• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately account for incoming and returning client inventory.


• Pull client inventory based on project requirements.


• Verify inbound and outbound orders for accuracy.


• Create outbound shipment manifests and shipping documentation.


• Create FedEx and UPS shipping labels and coordinate shipments with the Warehouse Administrator.


• Communicate inventory or job-related issues to project teams through Exhibit Force.


• Complete assigned inventory tasks accurately and by required due dates.


• Conduct periodic inventory audits and help identify and resolve discrepancies.


• Keep inventory organized so items can be stored, located, and moved efficiently.


• Support the Asset Manager with inventory usage reports.

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.


• Previous inventory, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus.


• Forklift experience is a plus; training and certification can be provided.

Physical & Work Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You’ll work in an active warehouse environment around forklifts, vehicles, machinery, and moving equipment. The role may also include indoor and outdoor work, ladders, uneven surfaces, loud noise, dust, fumes, humidity, and changing temperatures.
