Spartan Plumbing & Drains Team is seeking a meticulous and dependable Inventory Specialist - Parts Runner to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing parts distribution, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure the seamless supply of materials required for our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming parts, organizing inventory storage, and efficiently delivering parts to designated locations. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and materials.
• Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming shipments.
• Organize and store parts systematically within the warehouse.
• Prepare and deliver parts to various departments or project sites timely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with procurement and field teams to ensure parts availability aligns with project demands.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to company guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or logistics is an advantage.
• Proven experience in inventory control, parts management, or a related warehouse role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
• Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
