Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively partnering with AmLaw 50, AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Philadelphia seeking Investment Funds Associate Attorneys.


Ideal Background


2+ years of investment funds, fund formation, or private equity experience


• Experience representing private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, sponsors, or institutional investors


• Experience with fund formation, sponsor-side work, carried interest arrangements, or fund governance


• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills


• Excellent academic credentials


J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required


Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
