Our Investments team finds, underwrites, and closes commercial real estate deals across Texas. Roles on this team range from analyst to senior acquisitions positions.

Investments & Acquisitions: Future Opportunities
Location: Austin, TX (in office)

What the work looks like

• Building and updating underwriting models for potential acquisitions
• Running market research, rent comps, and sales comps
• Preparing investment memos for leadership and partners
• Supporting due diligence: leases, title, surveys, environmental reports
• Coordinating with lenders, brokers, and attorneys through closing

What we look for

• Degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or economics
• Strong Excel skills; Argus experience is a plus
• Commercial real estate, brokerage, or lending experience for senior roles
• Comfort presenting your numbers and defending your assumptions
