Our client is seeking a dedicated Investor Service Representative to join our faith-based organization and serve as a trusted resource for our investors and supporters.

The Investor Service Representative performs the daily investor-service activities that support the company's mission, investor trust, and operational excellence. In collaboration with the Investment Team and supporting departments, this role helps onboard new investors, serve existing investors, administer funds-transfer requests, maintain account records, and respond to investor inquiries with accuracy, care, and professionalism.

This individual is recognized for discernment, clear communication, exceptional service, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate with varied team members to serve client's investor base. The Investor Service Representative supports the Director of Investment Operations (“DIO”) and Vice President of Investments & Operations (“VPIO”) in managing daily workflows, strengthening investor experience, reducing operational risk, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Investor Service Representative represents well when communicating with investors including but not limited to individuals, churches, CFOs, administrators, ministry leaders, not-for-profits, businesses, and other stakeholders. This position requires adaptability, ownership of change, alignment with company values, and poise under pressure. It requires grace in relating with others, sound judgment, and clear communication in sensitive or difficult investor conversations.


Requirements

Participates on a professional team recognized for high-quality and responsive investor service and support, including but not limited to:

  • Answering daily investor phone call transfer requests and other inquiries.
  • Processing transfer requests and other inquiries via the investor-facing digital interface.
  • Enrolling investors for online access.
  • Assisting investors with general questions regarding investment accounts.
  • Uploading of daily transactions.
  • Processing check deposits to investment accounts.
  • Performing account maintenance and updates such as POA documentation, Beneficiary Payouts and Designations, trust paperwork, etc.
  • Uploading investment account related documentation.
  • Monitors individual workflows and capacity to support proper Investment Team talent allocation in coordination with the DIO and VPIO.
  • Actively participates in departmental meetings to strengthen communication, project management, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Maintains strong security awareness, sound practices, and discretion when handling personally identifiable, financial, and confidential investor information.
  • Addresses complex, challenging, or detailed investor inquiries at the direction of the DIO.
  • Supports accurate documentation, system usage, and process discipline to improve investor experience, internal visibility, and operational consistency.
  • Performs all other duties, requirements, and responsibilities as assigned by the DIO or VPIO.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or 2+ years of customer service, relationship management, administrative, or financial services experience.
  • Strong work ethic, efficiency, follow-through, and disciplined work habits.
  • Effective computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word, with willingness to learn additional systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoys serving investors and communicating with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service, listening skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Professional demeanor with a high standard for excellent impressions.
  • Handles confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities accurately and timely.
  • Service-oriented, team-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Enjoys and actively participates in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
