Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Invoice Processing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in processing invoices. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices accurately and efficiently

- Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure proper coding and approval

- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices

- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any invoice issues

- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments

- Prepare and process payments for approved invoices

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
