MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS AN IT Deployment Technician

TMG Global is seeking 10 experienced Senior IT Deployment Technicians for a multi-site healthcare technology rollout across Arkansas. This is a field-heavy, technically demanding engagement - we need seasoned professionals who can self-direct, execute with precision, and deliver in an active clinical environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Reading and executing from Magic Plan floor plans across multiple healthcare facilities


• Performing IDF/MDF room work - patching, labeling, cable management, and documentation


• Installing and validating wireless access points using Ekahau for RF site surveys


• Deploying desktops, laptops, and endpoints including imaging and hardware installation


• Setting up peripherals, printers, and validating network connectivity


• Supporting clinical staff during go-live and maintaining accurate IT asset tracking throughout

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of hands-on IT deployment or field technician experience


• Proven ability to read and work from Magic Plan floor plans or similar site documentation


• Hands-on IDF/MDF experience - patching, structured cabling, and room documentation


• Wireless AP installation experience and Ekahau proficiency for RF validation


• Strong endpoint deployment, device imaging, and hardware installation skills


• Healthcare IT environment experience with HIPAA awareness


• Ability to work independently across multiple sites with minimal supervision


• Excel documentation and ticketing system experience required


• Reliable transportation - daily multi-site driving required

CompTIA A+, Network+, or CWNA certifications are a strong plus.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Location: Multiple sites across Arkansas - reliable transportation required


• Pay Rate: $30-35 /hour (based on experience)


• Start Date: July 13


• End Date: August 10 (with potential for extension)


• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional hours may be required)

Please Note: This role requires the ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Candidates must also provide their own laptop for use throughout the duration of the engagement.
