Minimum Qualifications:
BA degree in the Information Technology field Or Two (2) years of experience in Information Technology Systems role OR A Technical or Trade Certification OR Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Job Location: Yakima
Salary Range: $23.85-$31.11/hr.
Position Overview:
The IT Software Tech is responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of the agency's technology services per the direction of the IT Manager. The position must manage and oversee Ole's Case Worthy system database implementation and train all staff and new employees on how to navigate the system. This role will oversee ordering and training new apps as well as managing the internal SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OIC website. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, delivering, and installing technology equipment and assist on other IT tasks per the direction of the IT Manager. The position requires the ability to make independent judgment calls when necessary, apply deductive reasoning to solve problems, and demonstrate flexibility while communicating with professionalism, tact, and clarity.

Noise levels in this work environment is usually moderate but the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for noise, dust, and eye protection.
Additional Conditions of Employment:
Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, criminal history & background check. Provide a Washington State driving abstract (motor vehicle record) for the previous three (3) years that reflects no major violations and must be approved and added to the company's fleet insurance authorized driver list. If requested, provide a valid WA State Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
