CEVA Logistics US Inc. seeks an IT Solutions Analyst/Professional.

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for working with business owners and implementation team to analyze business requirements, design solutions, document solution approaches, and perform testing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Research opportunities to enhance the current IT products and integrate solutions where possible.


• Support business implementations of the designed and delivered IT products.


• Review analyze, and design various degrees of IT architecture components that capture business needs into appropriate solutions.


• Provide specialized analysis into the performance of applications, devices and networks in order to achieve the optimum design, whilst aligning with data security standards and involving standard to large/complex operations and leading implementation and change.


• Provide feedback and guidance to end users, suppliers and IT colleagues to interpret the design of the IT architecture.


• Assist with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.


• Analyze and review operations, results, feedback in relation to the performance of software applications, devices and suppliers, on an ongoing and needed basis in order to determine trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings, and present results, proposal, and recommendations to management.


• Ensure the accuracy of more standard and complex IT designs in order to achieve the necessary design and data security standards through audits, queries, and operational reviews.


• Assist with developing IT systems, cross-functional project, and program objectives, including proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements.


• Present information, develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or impact.


• Provide mentoring and guidance to develop other team members, including training and knowledge transfer.


• Interpret and apply department policies and procedures in order to assist with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.


• Ensure process and operations compliance in order to receive guidance within these areas as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related field of study plus two (2) years information technology analyst experience utilizing logistics applications such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transformation Management Systems (TMS) including supply chain activities such as distribution, transportation utilizing knowledge in project management methodologies.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related field of study. [Will accept 3-year Bachelors Degree] plus five (5) years information technology analyst experience utilizing logistics applications such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transformation Management Systems (TMS) including supply chain activities such as distribution, transportation utilizing knowledge in project management methodologies.
