Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining our company's technology infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor the company's network, servers, and computer systems

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

- Install and configure new hardware and software

- Set up user accounts and permissions

- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with training on new systems

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products

- Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT role

- Strong knowledge of network and server administration

- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory

- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
