Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's network, servers, and computer systems

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions

- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed

- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups are in place

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with training on new systems

- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's technology remains current and competitive

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role

- Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and Linux systems

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
