IT SPECIALIST

Position: IT Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, we are committed to providing the best services to our clients and maintaining a strong online presence. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong background in IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and printer problems

- Install and maintain computer systems, networks, and other related equipment

- Monitor and maintain the company's network and server infrastructure

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and efficient use of resources

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

- Manage user accounts and permissions, as well as software licenses

- Train employees on new technologies and software applications as needed

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the real estate industry

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the company's website and online presence

- Provide timely and effective technical support to remote employees

- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses

- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and other cloud-based applications

- Familiarity with website maintenance and content management systems

- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
