We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Consultant (3-month contract) to join our rapidly scaling IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and improve Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core Microsoft 365 services.
Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, authentication, access, application, and policy issues.
Review and improve Conditional Access, role assignments, device-based access, and least-privilege controls.
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to reduce manual administration and remediate recurring issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring platform issues.
Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.
About You:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Experience managing Windows and macOS devices in a cloud-first environment.
Experience with application deployment, patching, device compliance, and configuration management.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, Conditional Access, and role based access control.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.
Hourly pay offered for this position is $45 - 65/hour.
Expected to work 20-40 hours per week.
