Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our internal staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and system performance.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

- Monitor and maintain company servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new IT systems and technologies.

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

- Train and educate staff on the proper use of technology and software.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used software.

- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Familiarity with cloud services, such as Office 365 and Google Workspace.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
