Pay: We offer our IT Systems and Business Applications Specialist a competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our IT Systems & Business Applications Specialist, you'll support and optimize Business Central, SharePoint, Azure, Entra ID, and Teams while assisting employees with technical issues and system access. From managing permissions and maintaining documentation to troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications, you'll help ensure seamless daily operations across the organization. You'll also support onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborate with teams throughout the company, and handle light networking tasks such as configuring printers, network devices, and static IP assignments.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments


• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, including permissions, workflows, reporting, and configuration


• Experience managing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions


• Experience administering Azure and Entra ID environments


• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration tools


• Understanding of static IP assignments, printer/network device configuration, DHCP, and DNS fundamentals


• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

Experience in a small-to-mid-size business environment, experience supporting warehouse or manufacturing operations, familiarity with Power Platform tools, knowledge of Business Central Finance, Inventory, and Sales modules, and previous experience in a blended business systems and IT support role are preferred.
