The Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to hire an Account Technician II for the Manteno Veterans’ Home. Under the direction of the Business Administrator, this position performs technical procurement and accounting duties in support of facility operations, including purchasing goods and services, processing procurement transactions, maintaining financial and procurement records, and ensuring compliance with State procurement laws, rules, and policies. This position works closely with facility staff, vendors, and Central Office personnel to support the mission of providing quality services to Illinois Veterans.
