DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take guests’ orders, offering suggestions, and upselling about delicious menu items


• Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers and Mobile Ordering tablets


• Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests


• Follow all protocols for sanitization of workspace and proper disposal of garbage/trash items in garbage bins or trash disposal

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 16 years old


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays


• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and to work in various weather conditions (indoor, outdoor, warm weather, cold weather, etc.)


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters


• Friendly, outgoing personality who would be comfortable inviting guests to your station


• Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed


• Positive attitude to make guests excited about their meal


• Passion for delicious food
