About the Position
Department: Admin
Reports to: General Manager
Supervises: None            

Purpose
Performs custodial work in offices, warehouse, shop and other building interiors   

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using proper equipment


• Follows assigned cleaning schedule


• With the use of ladders, dust, and wash walls


• Clean ceilings and dust and polish light fixtures, as needed


• Empty trash cans for all areas of the facility


• Wash and replace blinds


• Clean and maintain restrooms & supplies


• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas


• May remove stains from surfaces, such as rugs, drapes, walls and floors using proper chemicals and cleaners


• May sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass and remove snow during appropriate seasons


• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment


• Must be able to handle heights


• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs


• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills preferred


• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred


• Must have a valid driver's license
