About the Role

Chapman BMW in Chandler is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to support our automotive service department by keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe for our technicians. This role focuses on maintaining a clean work environment throughout the service shop, helping technicians by cleaning work areas, removing trash and debris, and ensuring the facility is presentable and operating efficiently. No prior experience is required—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain technician work bays and service shop areas throughout the day


• Remove trash, debris, and used materials from shop workspaces


• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors in the service department


• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of shop equipment and common areas


• Assist with keeping the dealership's service department safe, clean, and presentable


• Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards


• Perform other janitorial and facility support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No experienced required – will provide training


• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently


• Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards


• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive cleaning tasks


• Willingness to comply with all safety policies


• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check


• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record
