Janitor

Location: Ronald Reagan Airport

Job Type: Full/Part Time

Salary: $23.61

Responsibilities: Included by not limited to

• Manage time efficiently


• Follow all health and safety regulations


• Works safely with a variety of cleaning supplies without causing damage to floors and other fixtures


• General cleaning of the building(s) and keeping it maintained and in good condition Properly utilize PPE, chemicals, and supplies


• Complete non-routine cleaning as specified


• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors


• Clean and stock restrooms


• Clean up spills with the appropriate equipment


• Clean windows and mirrors


• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies


• Notify supervisor/manager of major repairs needed


• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment


• Trash collection and disposal


• Lock doors after operating hours

Requirements & Experience:

• High school diploma


• 1+ years of janitorial experience


• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets


• Able to perform physical duties including standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects up to 30 pounds


• OSHA Knowledge
