1. Maintaining all restrooms safe and clean at all times.
   


2. Maintaining windows, floors, counter tops, kitchen safe and clean at all times
   


3. Organized all faculty furniture
   


4. Reorganized pool deck furniture. 
   


5. Removal office trash.
   


6. Mop floor
   


7. Clean office windows interior and exterior.
   


8. Remove garage and trash daily.
   


9. Report and visible repaired needed to the management office
   


10. Pick up any visible trash from the ground and from the plants beds
    


11. Report any safety hazard immediately to the management office.
    


12. Reorganized pool deck furniture. 
    


13. Maintain pool deck clean and free from all trash.
    


14. Other jobs function can be designated by the Property Manager.
