Job Title: Janitorial
Location: Bainbridge, OH
Position Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Clean offices, visitor center, maintenance office, breakroom, conference room, kitchen, and restrooms.


• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.


• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and surfaces.


• Dust furniture, desks, counters, and other surfaces.


• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces as required.


• Replenish restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.


• Perform carpet cleaning services as required by the contract.


• Use contractor-furnished cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment in the performance of services.


• Maintain the facility in accordance with contract cleaning requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.


• Ability to work independently and reliably.


• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States.


• Ability to pass any required background screening.
