The Nascence Group, LLC is seeking dependable and detail oriented Janitorial Cleaners to support cleaning services at office facilities in the Bentley, LA.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, sanitary, and professional workspaces. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, the ability to follow cleaning instructions, and the ability to work independently in an active office environment.

Location: Bentley, LA 71407

Duration: Part-time

Work Schedule: Services are expected to be performed on Mondays and Thursdays, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays and office closures.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Janitorial Cleaner will perform routine cleaning tasks, including:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors


• Clean and disinfect restrooms


• Restock restroom supplies as needed


• Clean sinks, toilets, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures


• Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, microwaves, tables, and exterior refrigerator surfaces


• Collect and remove trash and recyclable materials


• Sweep debris from porch and entry areas


• Dust blinds, windowsills, vents, and high areas


• Remove cobwebs


• Perform general spot cleaning of surfaces


• Clean reception area surfaces


• Wipe down water fountains


• Wash and disinfect trash containers


• Clean windows


• Assist with scheduled floor care services, including stripping, buffing, waxing, and sealing floors when required

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have:

• Prior janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience


• Experience cleaning offices, schools, municipal buildings, federal facilities, or other occupied workspaces, preferred


• Ability to follow written cleaning checklists and instructions


• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule


• Strong attention to detail


• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations


• Ability to work during daytime hours on Mondays and Thursdays

Safety and Work Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and cleaning supplies


• Use Personal Protective Equipment, PPE, as required


• Follow wet floor safety procedures


• Work carefully around furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office materials


• Follow facility access and security requirements


• Report any safety, access, supply, or cleaning concerns promptly
