Janitorial Worker – Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–7:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Language Requirement: English-speaking or Bilingual

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have good attendance, and be comfortable performing routine cleaning and janitorial duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and replace trash liners.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to management.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must speak English or be bilingual.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to consistently work the scheduled Monday–Friday shift.
