Janitorial Site Manager

Location: Elko, NV (FAA Systems Support Center)

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Manage daily janitorial operations at the FAA facility in Elko, NV, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the contract.
• Supervise janitorial staff and coordinate work schedules to meet service requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for FAA personnel, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage ordering when needed.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality and resolve any service issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in facility or janitorial management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with FAA personnel and managing staff.
• A degree in management or related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also acceptable.
