Java Developer with Chordiant application Exp-#E040900

Java Developer with three or more years as a senior developer in a complex Chordiant application, preferably in a Heath Care company.

• Reverse engineer a call center software application that uses Chordiant and rewrite in Java.


• Technical analysis, design, and programming for complex business applications. Participation and leadership of all aspects of the SDLC for application development and application support.


• Works with clients and BSAs to understand requirements and develop application changes that meet business need in a creative and productive manner.


• Provides technical expertise and business knowledge as well as architectural and infrastructure direction. Provides clear instructions to DBAs, Infrastructure service ops, EIS, networks, IVR, and other technical IT upon which the application depends.


• Provides subject matter expertise and leadership to contractors and partners assisting in application support. Works with architecture to define applications solutions.


• Documents all work.


• Understanding and experience with industry standard analysis, documentation, and development tools such as SQL, RAD, jbuilder, jprobe, junit, RUM, and object modeling.


• Understanding and experience in Health Care Call Center applications.


• Ability to perform complex analysis, design, development and unit testing.


• Familiar with industry standard QA processes for IT development.


• Ability to guide support staff in the areas of UNIX, WAS, MQ. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to negotiate effectively. Ability to perform presentations and facilitate meetings to effective results. Ability to work in teams and in a virtual environment.
