Strong Java J2ee, spring, hibernate, web services, good communication skills. That will form the basis for our technical screening for these roles. 

Must be US Citizen/Green Card to work on EFTPS 
Must be able to pass government background check (more stringent that normal First Data background check) 
Mid to Senior level experience with Agile Development methodology 
o JAVA (3 resources)must have strong Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services. Excellent comm skills needed.
