Java Lead (Strong Microservices and Spring Security)

In the process, we have enabled companies use data analytics to help better understand, predict and influence consumer behavior, identify new market opportunities as they emerge,provide to users the data they need, alert the user when and why key business metrics have changed and enable them to make smart decisions.

Role: Java Tech Lead (Strong Microservices and Spring Security)

Location : Tempe, AZ

Duration : 6-12 months

We require strong candidate on Microservices and Spring Security with coding and designing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, and document web applications.
• Ability to take ownership of functionalities as appropriate
• Integrate and write REST services for backend and UI integration
• Lead technical delivery with onsite and offshore team members management and mentoring

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience developing robust, highly-available, high performance distributed systems.
• MUST Have : Excellent practical object-oriented software design skills .
• MUST Have: Strong expertise with Core Java, Design patterns and advanced data structures/algorithms at minimum
• MUST Have: Experience developing complex data-driven server-side software in Java.
• MUST Have: Strong experience in developing with Spring MVC framework, Spring Core, and Spring Boot . Good knowledge of Spring Security is required .
• MUST Have: Know-How and Hands-on with AWS services and deployments
• MUST Have: Significant experience developing effective APIs and RESTful services for internal and external consumption.
• MUST Have: Proficient in SQL and complex relational database design.
• MUST Have: Practical experience, as well as a deep understanding of service-side and middle-tier technologies, is a must: middle tier frameworks, caching strategies/solutions, messaging/queuing.
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected
• Preferred to Have: Experience with NoSQL solutions a must: MongoDB, Cassandra desired.
• Preferred to Have: Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and AJAX desired.
