TITLE: HR Business Partner (hybrid role)

RAPIDLY GROWING Technology company is looking to add an HR Business Partner to support a segment of the company’s employees based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area.
SUMMARY:
- Will provide the full range of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to a segment of the company’s employees (mostly non-exempt) based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area.
- Hands-on as well as strategic HR role
- New role due to growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience handling all sorts of ER situations from the simple to the complex
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
- Experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Experience supporting non-exempt employees
