COMPENSATION: $250-300k base plus a bonus
RELOCATION: Paid

A well-established, growing financial services company in New York City is looking to add a Learning & Development Specialist to their L&D team who has a passion for leveraging AI.

SUMMARY:
- Will be a key player in how the company uses AI to advance learning
- Will design, develop, and implement customized L&D programs/processes to help equip their employees with the skills they need to transform how they work and excel in their careers
- Work closely with company leaders to translate business needs into practical, AI-driven learning/workflow solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of L&D experience
- Strong AI expertise including experience driving AI adoption, staying up to date with the latest AI advancements, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus
