Nursing Position – No Weekends, Evenings, or Overtime!

This position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend, evening, or holiday shifts. It’s a perfect opportunity for those seeking a predictable and stress-free work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting weekly skilled nursing visits in client homes (each visit is 60 minutes).
• Performing assessments, updating care plans, and completing electronic documentation.
• Providing case management and training for staff members.
• Supervising and ensuring quality care for our clients.

You will be based in our Baxter office with a company vehicle provided for your visits.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Willing to serve clients in the Brainerd Lakes Area (Office located in Baxter)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience in long-term care (preferred)
• Comfort with electronic documentation and software
