Our designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Clinical, and Operations teams to create experiences that help people achieve better mental health outcomes. We design products that build trust, create emotional connection, and guide patients through their treatment journey, while continuously improving our design system and supporting rapid product innovation.

Languages: Our day-to-day collaboration involves both English and Russian, so for most roles we're looking for candidates with Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English and fluent Russian to ensure effective communication across teams.
