Job Description - Join us for our Fan Experience Hiring Event!

Join the Intuit Dome Fan Experience team for the 2026–2027 NBA season! We’re hiring enthusiastic, fan forward team members for two exciting roles: Fan Experience Arena Hosts and Fan Experience Tech Hosts. Please read below for specifics on each position.


On Thursday, August 20, 2026, we will be hosting an in-person hiring event. During this event, you will connect with our hiring managers and participate in one-on-one interviews. Event is by invitation only. Please apply to be considered. We will send email invitations before August 17, 2026. The target start date is Tuesday, September 1st.


These are part-time roles based in Inglewood, CA and are not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Arena Hosts and Tech Hosts must be available to work at least 70% of scheduled events per month.


 


ARENA HOST


What you will do as an Arena Host:



  • Consistently contribute to the world class fan experience at Intuit Dome that welcomes every fan and demonstrates our service culture commitments.

  • Assist fans with wayfinding and other informational needs - exhibit an extensive knowledge of the venue layouts, seating sections, access control, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identities, emergency activity procedures.

  • Create memorable moments by proactively identifying opportunities to surprise and delight fans.

  • Use a confident, educational style of communication to explain the venue's policies, programs, and technology while responding thoughtfully to fan’s questions and concerns.


You will be a good fit for Arena Host if you have: 



  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, poise and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Comfort in dealing with and/or encountering VIPs and celebrities professionally.

  • Have a welcoming, positive, and energetic attitude.

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  


 


TECH HOST


What You Will Do as a Tech Host:



  • Become an expert on Intuit Dome's fan-facing technology and help guests confidently navigate mobile ticketing, facial authentication, the Intuit Dome app, self-service features, and other digital experiences throughout their visit.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by proactively engaging with fans, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless event-day experience.

  • Execute onboarding and training protocols as outlined in team SOPs and digital reference tools, maintaining consistency in service delivery.

  • Stay informed on updates to the Intuit Dome app and staff technologies to assist guests with new features and troubleshoot common issues.


 You will be a good fit for Tech Host if you have: 



  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills for guest-facing tools and platforms (e.g., mobile ticketing, app navigation).

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adapt quickly to real-time updates or changes in event flow.

  • Comfort using digital reference tools and participating in scenario-based training to prepare for a variety of fan interactions.

Essential Functions of the Job (Physical Requirements & Working Conditions)



  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, or remain in a stationary position for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead and horizontally as needed to perform job duties.

  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs and work safely at various heights, including top of stairways, when required.

  • Ability to work in confined or enclosed spaces, including elevators, when required.

  • Ability to move throughout the venue quickly and safely during events.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors in person and through radio or other communication devices.

  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor work may include exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, humidity, and direct sunlight.

  • Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, crowds, and vibration typical of live sporting events and entertainment venues.

  • Ability to work in crowded environments with frequent interaction with guests and team members.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts based on business needs.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:
