Journeyman Electrician - Solar Projects

This role combines hands -on electrical work with team leadership, requiring someone who can supervise and mentor apprentice electricians while performing complex electrical tasks. You will be responsible for training your team, delegating work assignments, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with other trades and subcontractors on -site. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting electrical issues, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and ensuring all work complies with NEC standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician (Arizona preferred).
  
• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects; solar installation experience strongly preferred.
  
• Experience overseeing on -site projects
  
• Knowledge of NEC, electrical safety practices
  
• Proven leadership ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team while driving results.
  
• Strong communication, planning, and problem -solving skills; self -motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with project teams.
  
• Comfortable working on active construction sites, with strong attention to safety and detail.
  
• OSHA 30 -hour certification
