Journeyman Plumber

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumbers to join our team for projects in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License and have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial or industrial environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and plumbing repair skills.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation to the shop.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.

• Competitive Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
