Endless Energy is looking for an experienced, licensed Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber to join our growing HVAC team.

This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who is comfortable working on residential boiler systems, understands hydronic heating, and can confidently diagnose, service, repair, and install plumbing and heating equipment.

Boiler experience is essential for this position. Candidates with a Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License and oil-fired heating experience are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber with Endless Energy, you will support residential plumbing and heating projects, with a strong focus on boiler systems and HVAC-related plumbing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential boiler systems
• Work with hydronic heating systems, boiler piping, pumps, valves, expansion tanks, and related components
• Diagnose plumbing and heating system issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment
• Support boiler replacements and HVAC installation projects
• Work with oil-fired heating equipment when properly licensed and qualified
• Respond to residential service calls and repair requests
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
• Read blueprints, specifications, and building plans as needed
• Collaborate with Endless Energy's HVAC, electrical, insulation, and home performance teams
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and materials used
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and safe condition
• Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience on every job

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License
• Hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or installing residential boilers
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing and hydronic heating systems
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-trade team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• EPA Universal Certification

Preferred Qualifications

The following are a strong plus:

• Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License
• Experience servicing and installing oil-fired boilers and heating equipment
• Massachusetts Master Plumber License
• Residential HVAC or mechanical systems experience
• Extensive boiler installation and service experience
• Experience working in a residential service environment
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
