Job Description

Junior / Associate AMAT Endura Maintenance Technician — Contract-to-hire / 6–12 mo. fixed-term
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY (on-site) · Shift: Day, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (initial)

Support Endura PVD maintenance under senior-tech direction while training toward certification.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist and perform PM under direction; build and assemble equipment kits

  
  


• 
  

  Support chamber cleans, target changes, wafer recovery, and troubleshooting

  
  


• 
  

  Shadow senior techs, complete OJT, and progress through AMAT certification levels

  
  


• 
  

  End-of-shift pass-downs and documentation

  
  

Required: 

• 
  

  hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance experience

  
  


• 
  

  strong mechanical aptitude, wrench skills, and a troubleshooting mindset

  
  

Preferred: AMAT Endura experience (ideal), or adjacent AMAT platforms (Centura/Producer) or strong vacuum-equipment experience; military electronics/mechanical or a technical associate background.

 Environment: cleanroom gowning, standing/lifting, ESD protocols.
