1. With training, create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. 
2. Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
3. Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
5. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
6. Other duties as needed.
