Located along Juneau’s historic waterfront, our restaurants serve locals and visitors from around the world during Alaska’s exciting summer season. Front of House Positions Available

We are recruiting enthusiastic, dependable, and service-oriented team members for positions including:

• Servers


• Bartenders


• Hosts


• Food Runners / Expos


• Bussers


• Support Staff


• Other Front of House seasonal positions

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on position and operational needs.

Compensation, Tips & Employee Perks

Base Wage: Starting at $14.00 per hour, depending on position.

Tips: Many positions participate in individual or pooled tipping structures depending on the restaurant and position.

Total hourly earnings for tipped positions can average approximately $30–$60+ per hour, including base wage and tips, depending on position, restaurant, business volume, schedule, and season.

Actual tips and earnings are not guaranteed and will vary.

Seasonal Housing

Employees are responsible for securing their own housing in Juneau.

We understand that finding seasonal housing in Juneau can be challenging. While employee housing is not provided, our team will assist incoming employees as much as reasonably possible by providing local information, resources, and potential housing leads.

Applicants relocating to Juneau are strongly encouraged to begin their housing search early.

What We're Looking For

Our summer restaurants operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and we're looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred for some positions, but not required for every role. We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities vary by position and may include:

• Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient guest service


• Creating a welcoming environment for guests


• Learning and maintaining menu, beverage, and service standards


• Serving food and beverages


• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas


• Following food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards


• Accurately handling guest transactions


• Supporting teammates during high-volume service


• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations

Spend Your Summer in Juneau

Summer in Juneau is unlike working a typical restaurant season. Our waterfront locations operate in the heart of Alaska's busy visitor season, creating an energetic work environment with guests arriving from around the world.
