Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Research and analyze complex legal issues in commercial and business-related disputes
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, and memoranda from the ground up
• Develop creative legal strategies tailored to unique fact patterns
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, planning, and execution
• Participate in hearings, conferences, and other litigation proceedings as experience grows
• Balance intellectual depth with practical judgment and business awareness
• Take ownership of assignments and drive matters forward to completion

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to deeply understand legal issues
• Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and work in gray areas
• Motivation to produce excellent work product and meet deliverables
• Collaborative mindset and comfort engaging in strategic debate
