Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of basic therapeutic treatments, including massages, body wraps, and facials, under the supervision of senior staff.
* Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, and arranging necessary linens and products to meet hygiene standards.
* Greet guests warmly, explain treatment protocols, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Assist senior therapists during complex procedures and maintain accurate records of client preferences and treatment outcomes.
* Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations governing spa operations.
* Manage inventory of treatment supplies and report low stock levels to the management team promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.

Requirements
* A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting is required.
* Completion of a recognized certification program in massage therapy or esthetics is mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
* Demonstrated knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and relaxation techniques.
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual therapeutic tasks.
* A professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business needs.
المتطلبات

- امتلاك القدرة البدنية والتحمل للوقوف لفترات طويلة وتنفيذ المهام العلاجية اليدوية.
- الحفاظ على مظهر مهني والالتزام بتوفير أجواء هادئة ومريحة ومرحبة بالعملاء.
- القدرة على العمل وفق ساعات عمل مرنة، بما في ذلك الفترات المسائية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، حسب متطلبات العمل.
